1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Workman Services website (“Site”) or purchasing any air-conditioning product or service (“Products/Services”) from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must refrain from using the Site or transacting with us.
2. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us” – Workman Services (registered in Pakistan).

“Customer,” “you,” “your” – Any individual or entity accessing the Site or ordering Products/Services.

“Products” – Air-conditioning units, spare parts, accessories, and related HVAC items listed on the Site.

“Services” – Delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, and after-sales support carried out by or on behalf of Workman Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that any data you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Product & Service Information
We strive to keep descriptions, specifications, and images accurate. However, minor variations (e.g., model updates) may occur. All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any Product or Service without notice.
5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may update prices at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price in force when you submit your order.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and any other options shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched or Services scheduled.
6. Order Process & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We will send an order-confirmation email; however, the contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch or service-schedule confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
7. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when full payment is received.

Installation (if purchased) must be performed by our certified technicians or partners. Failure to use approved installers may void warranties.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

You may return unused Products within Same days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Custom-ordered or installed items are non-returnable.

Refunds (less any shipping/installation fees) will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

9. Warranty

All Products carry a standard [e.g., 2-year] manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty covers parts but excludes consumables, misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

To claim, provide proof of purchase and serial number; we will guide you through inspection, repair, or replacement.
10. After-Sales Service & Maintenance
Preventive maintenance contracts are available for both residential and industrial clients. Service visit schedules, response times, and fees are detailed in separate agreements.
11. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
12. Intellectual Property
All Site content—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Workman Services or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control—including acts of God, natural disasters, war, labour disputes, embargoes, or government actions.
